STUDIO TODAY Beyond my formal education, my own, personal painting techniques have been discovered through experience coupled with: research, contact with other artists -- and a great deal of thought. I find that the diverse education and experiences I've had are a multi-dimensional foundation for my work today.
My painting has been strengthened by my exposure to the work of great painters, contemporary and past - also the rhythms and passages of music and dance, humanity and iconography - poetry, literature and theater. I am grateful for these things as they enrich my life and my art, consciously and subconsciously moving my hands.
OTHER ARTISTIC VENUES Although I find the best and purest expression of what I feel intuitively through painting and drawing, I'm receptive to appropriate opportunities to share or teach what I've learned while working and developing as an artist. I am available for lectures and demonstrations.
All earnings from sale of my art go towards the resources used to produce art. Thanks for taking the time to learn just a little about where I'm coming from! |
